Hi, i've been hoarse the past six months Dr. said,my voice box looks like a persons voice box who yells or sings alot.I've cleared my throat for years due to sinus drainage now i'm wondering is it possible this may have damage my vocal cords or voice box? My Doctor is talking about doing surgery.I also have acid reflux, a hiatal hernia,and Lupus.I am wondering could there be a connection to these other health problems? I use Herbs alot but i'm afraid to use Licorice Root for fear it will raise my blood pressure and then cause a stroke! Any ideas? Donna
