                        I also have scholiosis and the best advice I got was from a chiropractor. My chiropractor told me to do stretching exercises and if you rush into anything while in pain it's only going to increase the spasm.  I take skalaxin and this relaxes my muscles therbye reducing my spasm.  I'm no doctor but I'm telling you the best advice I got was from a chiropractor.
