I have just been diagnosed with Sarcoidosis. It is affecting my lungs and I have inflammation in my legs. My legs and ankles hurt most of the time. I talked with my doctor and I decided not to take Prednisone (with his approval). He did give me an inhaler which seems to be helping my breathing a lot. Has anyone heard of any treatments other than medications. If there is a vitamin supplement or a nutritional diet that would help I would like to hear about it. Between the anti-inflammatory and the pain medicine I take, well, I don't want any more drugs if I can help it. Thank you in advance for your replys.
