Hi, I have R.S.D. also. I hae full body . The codone based meds didn't work for me. I take Nubain by inj, clonopin, trazedone at night, and effexor for depression. I am on disability. It took me along time to accept this. Dealing with my inability to walk far or pick up even a full bottle of mayo really got to me so I go to a counselor which helps. I moved to Florida from California to live near my Dr. It changed my whole like as I was working before and into sports. I had to learn to relax even when I need to vacume and have to wait another day to feel better.
