I recently had a blood allergy test as I have had problems with severe allergies to molds, hay, pollens and weeds since moving to Kentucky 10 years ago. To my surprise, my test showed an allergy to MILK!! I checked various websites, but cannot find the symptoms of milk allergy. I've never had any intestinal problems, nausea, etc. and drink milk three times a day..as well as eating cottage cheese, drinking buttermilk, and using all milk products. Could you tell me what the symptoms might be? Will allergy shots help as it is impossible for me to avoid milk?? It's my favorite food and nearly everything contains milk. And why do I only have allergy symptoms in the Spring and Summer and not in late Fall and Winter even though I drink milk ALL year? Something doesn't seem to make sense here. Any information will be very much appreciate. Oh..by the way..I am a 54 year YOUNG lady with no physical diseases...just panic disorder and severe depression which I developed at age 23. I have been on medication since that time and always will be. Those are the only diseases I've ever had. Sincerely, Cat Morgan
