As a result of a fall and compression fracture of L4 last Dec., I developed radiculitis (causing leg aches), some spinal stenosis, and some amount of arthritis. It's resulted in stooped shoulders and I'm still having pain in my legs, mostly at night. Any hope for me??? Thanks!
