My family member was recently diagnosed with Leiomyosarcoma of the prostate. At the time of diagnosis secondary nodules were detected in the lungs. The stage of the primary is predicted to be III/IV..I consulted Sloan Kettering, but I have not had too much success..I would appreciate any feedback/helpful comments in this regard..Doctors feel that surgery may be late at this point..Any thoughts/suggestions would be greatly appreciated Thanks in advance
