I have had recurring shingles for the last 3 years around my colar bone...probably caused by high levels of stress. What should I do to get them to go away forever without going to a doctor (I am terrified of doctors). If I just leave them alone will they go away eventually or will they come back for the rest of my life. Do you think it could be caused by my back injury (smashed disc in lower back)?
