                        First of let me begin by saying I am so sorry for your loss.  Now call your local funeral home and ask about counseling services, if they do not provide for any ask them to recommend a funeral home that does.  If they can not or will not provide you with this information call your local hospice.  Even though your children did not die of a terminal illness you still are experiencing grief issues and your local hospice bereavement coordinator can help.  I know because that is where I received my help 28 years ago when I was 4 months preg with our son.  I encourage you to work with the bereavement workers and counselors there they will be very helpful to you in many ways.  When you have a child die before it is time to be born you grieve differently and experience different grief issues as you are now experiencing.  I urge you to call hospice or a local funeral home that provides bereavement counseling.  Believe me they can help.
