all three of my kids are all grown and very healthy. ofcouse when i was having my babies there wasn't all that known about the affects of dilatin on children, all i'm going by is my experance I do have another friend younger then myself she has been on dilatin since childhood she has a16 yr..old and a 12 yr old the only thing wrong with her kids is that the 12 yr old has a.d.d. but that doesn't mean the dilatin caused it hope this helps
