Have you seen the Gastroentologist? This spasm problem, can be related to Pancreatitis. This can be releaved with help, but can also become chronic. In the meantime, eating with Viocase, a prescription med helps alot. Have you had Lipaze enzyme levels checked? This would answer this and one blood test is all it takes. I have been having this for about 15 yrs., you don't have to suffer with this. Good luck
