                        I have the same problem and do tai chi tapes in my home> I find that David Carridine is the simplist and most enjoyable to follow.  If I do not do at least 15 min daily, I will be dizzy and there goes the balance.  I am also going to a gym.  I have had 2 surgeries for disk degeneration but the same dizzy and balance problems remain.  The pain is a daily thing but we must find ways to overcome it.  Good luck Claire
