                        Hello, I too have Raynaud's, diagnosed at 19.  I am now 54 and can tell you much about the disease.  However many of the things you describe are not part of Raynaud's.  I would first recommend she be seen by a good pediatric rheumatologist.  For comfort and protection of her hands I recommend wearing white cotton gloves ALL THE TIME...this protects from papercuts, broken nails, and misc injuries to the fingers.......make a "thing" of it  (I'm just testing the cleanliness of your place and you have failed the white glove test"....I have donethis for over thre years now and my friends/famly/strangers have just become used to it.  It DOES help. Also out of doors if in cold climate area--wear mittens rather than gloves...and use hand warmers.  Other questions....email me..Judy
