i ALSO HAVE HAD SPINAL STENOSIS FOR SEVERAL YEARS, TOGETHER WITH DEGENERATIVE DISK DISEASE AND HERNIATED DISKS. I HAVE PERIODIC CORTISONE INJECTIONS IN SERIES OF 3 AND THEY HAVE BEEN MOST HELPFUL. however, after some years the last series was not as effective, but I think they've been great.
