I suffer with polyneuropahty which I acquired after I had a hysterectomy. My feet are so warm that sometimes I can't sleep. I get out of bed and soak my feet in cool water in the tub - I just sit at the edge of the tub and put just my feet in and it really helps. I then head back to bed and most of the time, it is gone for the night. I have noticed it acts up more in warmer weather than in the winter; I sometimes think it is a water retention related. Is there anything else I can do besides soak in cool water? Thanks.
