                        A freind told me this years ago and it works.  Lay on the floor with your butt against the front feet of a chair, your legs bent at the knees are to lay across the seat.  Lie very still for 20 minutes.  It somehow seems to re-align your back.  Now I am 82 and cannot  lie on the floor(rather I couldn't get up if I did) but put a box on the bed, covered with a pillow.  It still works!
