No one, including doctors, seem to know anything about any physical therapy for an ABDOMINAL HERNIA. I had a double abdominal hernia surgery on October 4th of last year and have stayed away from working out for now because I wanted the muscle tissue to heal. I have been walking 3 miles per day about 3 to 4 times a week. But, I haven't been able to find any physical therapy directly related to an abdominal hernia. Does anyone out there no of any....if so please write to me. Thanks.
