Do the days 16 - 25 in which I take take estrogen along with Premarin, sort of emulate "periods"?. I do not refer to menstruating, but rather to the, for me, irritableness for no seeming reason. Is this just my imagination or have there been studies or some documentation regarding others? I just seemed so irritable recently and didn't really know why and then remembered how I was during my menstrual cycle, at least, according to those around me, such as my mother. I concluded that my mood swing must have been due to the estrogen phase of my menopause regimen, rather like a "period". Please inform if you have read or heard that mood is affected during the 10-day period of estrogen with the regular hormone replacement. My conjecture here my be totally wrong and there are other reasons for my moods. What do you know?
