I have crohn's disease and have had an open lesion on my lip for over two years now. I've been to several dermatologists and none have helped. I've had 4-5 biopsies and they've come back negative. No one seems to think the lesion is caused by Imuron that I take for the Crohn's but I do. The bottom lip is painful and the open sore is a nuisance. Has anyone had anything like this or have any suggestions. I don't know what else to try. Thank you.
