                        I was better after two days on the blood type diet described in the "Eat Right 4 Your Type" and "Live Right For Your Type" books by Peter D'Adamo.  I am a blood type 'O.' Type O's are prone to colon/stomach problems with wheat being the largest aggravation factor.  It has been 4 weeks and I have had a GREAT improvement in my health.  Feel good, energetic, no more brain-fog and can even jog.  Do yourself a favor and try this.
