I was diagnosed with food poisoning and was in the hospital for almost a week due to severe hydration. As a result of the food poisoning, I developed IBS. I had two specialists tell me I had food poisoning and now because of a possible lawsuit against the restaurant, both doctors have told me there is nothing they can do for me except to continue to treat me with Robinul which has severe side affects including limited/blurred vision and severe depression. They also have me taking Levsin and now Miralax which turns to pure sugar in your stomach. I am searching for a doctor in Charleston to help me as I have am also losing muscle control. If anyone knows of a specialist, please let me know. Thanks.
