In my sleep I pull of the nose mask from the c-pap machien, and get very little deep sleep , please advise what other possibility's there are. I am on the machiene for 8 month , falling a sleep is not aproblem , but staying on the c-pap is , I do have a humidifyer c-pap , and using eucolip/oil drops in the water from the humidifyer. please advise , Ger
