My 14 yr. old nephew is very sick & no one can seem to diagnose his problem. He gets dizzy spells sometimes to the point where he passes out. He cannot lay flat nor stand for very long time. He does best in a dimly lit room. He has involutary movement of his eyes & they are always dialated. He suffers from migraines. He has had numerous MRI's and even a spinal tap. They sent the spinal tap to 3 Dr's throughout the U.S. Everything comes back with normal results. No one can seem to diagnose his problem. He does not have Meniere's or Lymes disease. The Dr. did feel he has something structurely wrong in the central brain area. But can't seem to find anything. If anyone has any ideas it would really help. Thanks.
