Is it possible for the ear canal itself to get smaller and smaller? Impossible as it seemed to me my ears are closing--My tinnitus has gotten much worse lately and I tried using an ear syringe and flushing them with warm water and Debrox. I actually could not get the Qtip in my ear canal and I didnt want to force it ---I have cleaned my ears before and used Qtips( carefully) and never had a problem---Please help ---I have no pain -just the tinnitus and some dizziness .. Thanx
