Hi i have this condition called dystonia. (uncontrolable muscle spasms in my face and neck. i had an MRI done and other test done which came back negative.but my nero dr said i had this condition. they don't no what causes it. so i did a little reseach on my own.i had been taking this psychiatric drug called xanax for 10 yrs. i looked up xanax in the PDR and the side effects.here are some of them. abnormal involuntary movement, muscular twitching, tremors, muscle spasticity, think about that crazy isn't it..so i believe my condition is cause by the psychiatric drug i was taking. are you taking any psychiatric drugs or any drug that may be causing these spasms.check out the PDR for side effects if your taking or having been taking certain drugs.this might be the answer your looking for.
