Think twice about more surgery. My aunt had back surgery(not on a herniated disk) and had severe scar tissue damage. She was in more pain after the surgery and the doctor never told her about this risk. Now she takes an anti-seisure medication, which helps the pain, but she will have to deal with this the rest of her life. No surgery can repair the scar tissue damage. GET A SECOND OPINION! GOOD LUCK!
