I was diagnosed with this condition about two years ago but have yet to find or know of anyone else my age that suffers from this condition. I am unable to take ANY medication because of a severe allergic reaction, so by a doctor's standards, I am relatively left to my own devices. Surgery would not help because it is too severe and have been told nerve damage would be worse than already experienced(could be paralyzed sooner, was told I might be there by age forty. Trying not to let that happen.) Would like to find a support group with people that have this condition under the age of forty. Everything I have read thus far on spinal stenosis has been for people fifty and older. I have yet to actually find anything on people that have this congenitally, like myself.
