Please, I am looking for any information that can assist us in deciding what to do to best help and care for our son. He was in an MVA the belted passenger who's side of the car went under a tractor trailor truck. He recognises some people and some items. He has a trach, now has a feeding tube, and sadly has several decubetis ulcers and he is only 18. Is there any treatment to assist him to become more aware of his surroundings? Is there an excellent treatment center out there. Please help. I am his mother and total overwhelmed.
