My 64-yr. old mother had a blood clot show up in her leg, 9-weeks ago. She had an umbrella filter put in and is now on cumadin. But here is our problem, her leg is still swollen and recently her leg has turned red and her big toe is turning black. We need to know what type of specialist to be referred to, the M.D. just isn't any help at all.
