My son has had eczema since he was 3 months old. He is now 7 and still suffers from it. I have tried every lotion you can dream of and I finally found one that works really well but it comes from england it is called Aqueous cream and it is over the counter over there so you might be able to find it over here depending on where you live. The best medicine for the flare up red spots is Triamcinolone cream which unfortunately is a steroid. It is to be used sparingly. I have used it on my son since he was a baby and it is the best thing to help with the flare ups. Hope this helped>
