Dear Craig, Get another doctor! We've been to many different kinds searching for help for my daughter, but doctors specializing in pain management, and physical medicine and rehabilitation have been the most helpful. Be sure you ask if they have treated it before, how many cases they have treated, what their treatment of philosophy is. Educate yourself. I try to stay away from personal website and stick to the official ones like RSDSA or the Canadian RSD group's website. Good luck, God bless.
