thanks for all the suggestions...it is now end of April and no change for me. i keep trying everything in sight. I finally got health insurance and went to the doctor. He said I may have a "diverticulum" in my esophagus (a little hole that traps food)...i treatment for that is expensive and my tonsils are now swollen bad from me picking at them. Anyone know how much it costs to have them removed?
