Hi. I just moved to Iowa and a new dr. who has the same theory that she has other treatment and doesn't believe in pain med or muscle relaxers. I have lived this for years and I have the same i tried to tell her I just needed them for flare ups but refused. It would be nice if they realize that we know our bodies better than they do. Hang in there. I've tied the end of the rope around me and there are days that's all I do is hang in there.
