Hello, I would think that your symptoms have nothing to do with your implants, but more to do with approaching menopause and a decline in estrogen. This often begins in your forties. In other words, you could be in perimenopause. Check with your doctor before doing anything drastic. I went through the same thing in my forties and when my doctor put me on estrogen replacement, it made all the difference with my memory and energy. Best wishes! Mary
