I have taught aerobics for 20 years and have had PF for 2 years. It's painful and hard to get rid of. I have tried the shots, stretching, orthotics, birks, and more. What is recommended is complete rest. I am still teaching and can't seem to stop but I am planning on taking 8 months off starting in May. I am hopeful that the year 2001 will be better. Another lady in my exercise class had this and she took off a year and is much better.
