Surgery was amazing!! I just did the right side last week!! I did the left scalentomy and rib resection at the end of March. It was the best thing I've ever could have done for TOS. I had tried therapy with no success just more pain.... there is only so many pills you can take. However, the surgeon that I went to is here in the Houston, TX (don't know where your from) If you want some information about him let me know. If surgery is an option for you i feel its definetely worth it! I haven't had any numbness or swelling in my arms or hands since the operations!! Take care and good luck with your TOS
