Hi I am a mom and a nurse. for starters I agree with everyone that you should talk to your parents. If you cant go to your counselor or teachers at school until someone helps. To be considered necessary to do something about your weight you need to look at your BMI (body mass index) this takes into account your bone structure as well as just your weight and height. On average a person is not overweight until they are 20% above the scale for their height and weight.
