Why do you feel you HAVE to do it? Peer pressure, health concerns, what? At fifteen, you should be trying to be YOU, not what someone else thinks you should look like. You are special and should value yourself for how you act not how you are looed at. Ask your parents or the school nurse to help you try a healthy regime of eating. Notice, I did not say "diet." Too many young girls cause damage to their bodies by trying to lose weight incorrectly. You may not even NEED to. Those ultra thin models in the magazines and television are not how the average human looks. You are unique. Why look like everybody else when you are so special. Be proud of your accomplishments in life, not how low your dress size is. I'm sure your parents and friends love you just because you ARE you Good luck.
