have you tried PUVA - it is a light treatment that really works. I am 35 and have had it since I was 17. I too used to just have it on my scalp and arms. it just recently spread over my enitre body and then i went back to the PUVA treatment and it was gone in 4-5 sessions. Basically you take a durg 90 minutes before the treatment called Psoralen and then you are exposed to UVA or UVB light rays in a dr's office. Usually the treatmtent starts out at only a few minutes per session. I ended my last one at 8 minutes. It is effective for almost everyone. Good luck. I keep praying that they find a cure for this awful disease.
