I had mono when I was 16 and have since been what my relatives call a "sickly" person. I catch colds and flu often and have felt tired alot. Now in my 40's, I have been diagnosed with fibromyalgia and disassociative connective tissue disease which both cause extreme tiredness, aches, fever, and flu-like symptoms. You may need to see a Rhumatologist. Good luck!
