I too am begining talks re corrective surgery. Did you get any response to your initial enquiry ? I read a magazine article some years ago about a girl who had had successful surgery - but have now mislaid the article! Her surgery involved the insertion and gradual inflation of a bag to stretch the underdeveloped breast, followed by the bag removal and stomach muscle being moved to form her breast. The lack of silicon implants appealed to her, and to me.
