I saw your request for surgical help for piriformis syndrome. Like you (probably) I have had so many different physical therapy attempts, spine surgery, medications of all types, and I still have this unbearable pain in my left buttock radiating down my left leg. I have completely changed my life. I cannot do even the simple things in life, like going shopping or even going anywhere where I have to walk for more than a block. Tomorrow I am seeing a pain management doctor which seems to be the last resort for me but I am not willing to accept this as a final answer to my problem.
