I don't officially have meniere's disease but endolymphatic hydrops. I have never heard of a connection between pregnancy and meniere's so it might just be a coincidence. The best bet might be to start looking in your family tree and see if other relatives have had early on-set balance or hearing loss problems. In my immediate family, my father has an old age related hearing loss but my sister also has meniere's(which is similar to my diagnosis) so there is probably a genetic component.
