I am having some of the same symptoms. My chest burns, my left arm is numb, and my leg muscles tend to tighten under the slightest exercise. Caution!! My sister was having the same symptoms at the age of 42. She was treated for stomach ailments for over 2 years, then she had a heart attack at age 45. She had 100% blockage in one artery. It wasn't her stomach it was her heart. I am going to have both tests run to be safe. The burning in my chest runs from the base of the sternum to my upper chest and then radiates outward.
