I have a clot that goes from ankle to thigh and there is not one spot on the entire leg including the ankle that is pain free. The ankle and thigh are especially bad. My doctor has been fairly free with the pain meds because it is so swollen and I whine a lot. I don't know why your doc wouldn't be concerned and would ignore anything you had to say. I'm sorry he did that to you. I might be tempted to look for a new doc and then tell the old one why. What pain medicine is the norm for this and how long can you stay on it? My pain is excrutiating.
