Paulette Holland
I believe I am suffering from gall stone attacks. In the last month I have had four very bad attacks, the pain is in the right side of my stomach and goes around to my right shoulder blade. The pain is very intense and lasts for hours and usually happens in the middle of the night waking me in my sleep, and some other symptoms I experience are nausea and weakness. I feel drained for days afterwards. I was wondering if there were foods that I should avoid or what foods were good to eat to help avoid these attacks. Any advice you have would be most welcome.
