You have ALL the classic symptoms of a heart attack. You could be having a series of small heart attacks. Please, see a cardiologist immediately. Have you had an ECG (electro-cardiogram) or a heart scan? Make sure the stress test is done by a qualified cardiologist who is with you when the test is being run. The test could bring on an attack and the cardiologist knows when to stop the test. Good luck.
