I am 69 years old and have suffered with RLS for 13 years. Doctors were not able to give me consistent relief with meds.I read all I could and have had my symptoms under acceptable control for awhile. I don't drink ANY caffeine ever. I walk when I can but I always do stretching every day, mainly the muscles in my legs and lower back. I try to do 10-15 minutes of Yoga exercises 4 or 5 times a week.I also do gardening. Where I used to suffer every day, even on meds, I now have attacks only 3-4 times a month. Good luck.
