Nancy I hope that you can get some relief from the pain that you are having. I myself have had 2 Carpal tunnel releases Right & Left hands. My hands hurt more now, than they did before the surgery. I also have a lot of pain in my shoulder and neck, the one thing that gives me relief is pain medication, but the doctors are not willing to give out much. I take alot of Asprin,Ibuprofin, alka-selzer and pain medication when I can get it, but I still suffer with Intractable pain. I hope that you can find a doctor that will help you in treating your pain. Good Luck!!!
