There was a blind study done last year by on Clyosporin A. It is used for cancer, organ transplants, and other medical issues. The study was promising. It not only helped the symptoms of dry eye but it seemed to help the cause of dry eye for Sjogren's and non-Sjogrens patients. To my knowledge it is still not approved by the FDA. Ask your doctor concerning the study to see when it may be available to the public. Another messager said she starting taking "The Total EFA" it is a fatty acid supplement probably found in health food stores. She found relief in about a week. We need to keep pushing our doctors, FDA, and others to get us help 59 million people suffer with this.
